Trouble sleeping? This can happen to us all whether it is due to work related stress, relationship issues or every day worries. We can all sometimes need a little help to unwind.
Here are my Top Tips on helping you have a well deserved peaceful nights sleep.
1. Give thanks to the Most High, your Angels and Spirit Guides before bed and create a gratitude list.
2. Cleanse your home with Sage or Incense to remove any stagnant energy.
3. Invest in top quality bedware. This can make a huge difference to your comfortability, posture and it can be a beautiful way to lift your mood - this is great for your emotional wellbeing.
4. Sleep with a Rose Quartz and Amethyst under your pillow for a better night’s sleep and to enhance a loving atmosphere into your personal space.
5. Call on Archangel Micheal to protect you from negative energy and unpleasant Influences while you sleep.
6. Purchase a Lavendar candle made by AishRose. You can do this by sending me a personal request via the Homepage.
7. Add Lavender essential oil to your pillowcases or into a warm bath before bed to aid with a peaceful sleep.
8. Buy a dream catcher and place this over your bed. This is a Native American Symbol used to protect the sleeper from bad dreams and nightmares.
9. Use sound frequencies such as relaxing sounds of nature or white noise to help you to unwind.
10. To calm your mind, listen to your breathing. Try to even your breathing with deep Inhales and exhaling through the mouth.
11. Chamoline tea is great before bed, it helps me to relax and calm my senses.
12. Put your phone on silent and avoid scrolling on your phone at least 20 minutues before you get into bed.
